Poems About Friendship - what about it?

poems about friendship. why they exist?

Friendship is one of life's greatest treasures.
Friends that are loyal are always there to make you laugh when you are down, they are not afraid to help you avoid mistakes and they look out for your best interest.
This kind of friend can be hard to find, but they offer a friendship that will last a lifetime.
Other friends may not be quite as loving.
The pain caused by a friendship marred by betrayal is not easy to overcome.
In fact, many poems find their inspiration from the joy brought about by a loving friendship or the pain caused by a failed friendship.

victory or failure - there's still something to learn

If I Tell

❄ Poem: If I Tell ❄

If I tell how I feel about you,
how would you act?

If I tell you my secret,
will you keep it with me?

If I tell my life story,
could you care a little more?

Would I tell you my all,
if I didn't have trust in you?

Could I tell you now,
what I thought about you?

Should I tell you everything,
in risk of my feelings?

I need you to be there for me,
if I tell.

Overcoming Fear

❄ Poem: Overcoming Fear ❄

The courage to confront ones fears
To accomplish ones desires and
Manifest ones goals
Even in the adversity where others don’t believe as you do
Following the strength of your heart
Will retain the flame of your dreams
When you feel that adrenalin coursing through your body
And your mind becomes a blur of confusion
Over coming that fine line of fear
When droplets of sweat appear on your brow
And your body temperature begins to rise
A thought will finally break past uncertainty
Over coming fear to achieve ones passion
means never giving up on yourself.

Life & Death

❄ Poem: Life and Death ❄

Life begins with something so small,
Innocent baby, could barely crawl.
Beautiful toddler, grows into a child,
Those teenage years, are often quite wild.

During adulthood, we all try to find,
Unique experiences, rewire each mind.
For several decades, we become so busy,
This is life, sometimes it's dizzy.

Years go by, we continue to age,
We approach, our final page.
The meaning of life we understand.
Death converts, our body to sand.
