Key Benefits Of Swimming

 SWIMMING
Is it good for me?

I have heard & read about this since long time ago,
but I never really check-out whether it is true.
Then there was this one day, just a normal day that I felt depressed and happened to be that I was staying in a hotel. I have been considering whether to go for swimming or not. Felt lazy but decided to just take a quick look at a short video online on the benefits of swimming (in case it might motivate me to do this exercise). Somehow, it did. Happened to be that video was highlighting the major benefit related to "RELAXATION TECHNIQUE". So, decided, went for it.

And so it's done & I felt great! It did, totally worked. It felt amazing that I have proven to myself through experience. My body felt so much lighter & I was tuned to HAPPY MOOD. Yayyyy!

Then I decided to read more about it & gather the facts which I believe it's true. I wish to share with the world on my findings of how swimming can help you to lose weight, build muscle & feel great, which I hope to be beneficial to each & every one of us.
Here are the KEY BENEFITS OF SWIMMING:

1✪ Improve your heart rate & blood flow
2✪ Help maintain a healthy weight
3✪ Muscle building
4✪ Fat burning
5✪ Better breath control
(Those who suffer with asthma, recommended for you to try it too.)
6✪ Effective way of toning your muscles
7✪ Work out longer with less stress on your body
(A sport that doesn't cause any stress to the skeletal system.)
8✪ Get flexible
(Swimming allows you to use a lot of the bodies muscles at the same time. It is really helpful as a way to stretch out your whole body as you keep reaching further out with your strokes.)
9✪ Mental tranquility
(Swimming boosts endorphins in the body that increase feelings of well being. Studies has shown that swimming produces the same "relaxation responses" as yoga.)

Thank you for reading & feel free to share this beneficial info with your friends! Let's practice it & be healthy together.
